Terms of payment.
The reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale, in the updated version which can always be consulted on the site www.cascinalavigna.com.
When using the booking service, the User will receive an e-mail certifying the confirmation procedure of their purchase order. Once the booking has been debited, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. The balance of the reservation must be paid at check-in by credit card or debit card.
Sales prices.
All prices entered are inclusive of VAT. Prices and discounts can be changed at any time, without prior notice, with the exception of bookings already confirmed and accepted. Cascina La Vigna has the right to modify the reservation in case of unavailability of the premises.
Check-in and check-out times.
The times of entry and exit from the accommodation are as follows:
check-in scheduled from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
check-out expected by 10.00 am.
These times may be subject to variations only by prior agreement.
Penalty and compensation for damages caused by the customer to the Cascina.
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Customer, the Management of Cascina La Vigna will apply the cancellation penalties on the total price resulting from the reservation, in the following measures:
Cancellation received within the 30th day prior to arrival: no penalty;
cancellation received between the 29th and 10th day prior to arrival: penalty of 20%;
cancellation received between the 9th and 3rd day prior to arrival: penalty of 50%;
cancellation received between the 2nd day and the day of arrival: penalty of 100%.
failure to cancel the booking (no show) or early departure will result in the payment of 100% of the amount due for the unused service.
Damages caused by the customer to the accommodation and its appurtenances are reimbursed at the cost of restoration, where possible, or replacement.
Acceptance, permanence and damage related to animals and vineyards. No smoking.
The admission of animals, with the exception of accompanying dogs for the blind, is permitted with the authorization of the Cascina. The customer keeps the accepted animal in conditions that do not cause damage and harassment.
Access to the vineyards is allowed only to personnel assigned to the work.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Cascina, except for the outdoor areas.
Applicable law and competent court.
Italian law applies. For any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of this contract, the Court of Pescara is competent, that the parties expressly indicate as an exclusive forum with the express exclusion of any competing forum.
Information on the processing of personal data.
